Barbanza Archaeological Center

Since 2002, the Barbanza Archaeological Center has been established with the firm commitment to disseminating the significant archaeological heritage of the Barbanza-Arousa region.
Built near the Neixón Hill Forts, the building is divided into three floors and includes a permanent and a traveling gallery, an audiovisual room, a shop, and a laboratory. Surrounded by a large green area, this site is ideal for recreational activities. Through models, panels, and reproductions, it addresses the three social manifestations of Barbanza prehistory: megalithism, rock art, and hill fort culture.
