Sea museum
The Rianxo Sea Museum, located in the Casa do Coxo, is a space dedicated to the history and maritime culture of Rianxo. Through its exhibitions, the museum showcases Rianxo's close relationship with the sea.
It is one of the key elements of the "Rianxo, the Sea Made Tradition" project and is characterized by its ethnographic and anthropological content associated with the sea. Visitors can find models, designs, and information on boat building. It also features a library, a room dedicated to the sea and fishing, and a recreation of a traditional boat carpentry workshop.
