Laxe de Agoeiro petroglyph
The parish of Bealo holds treasures well worth a visit. In addition to the hermitage of San Ramón de Bealo, the petroglyphs of A Laxe do Agoeiro are particularly noteworthy, a collection of multiple representations that give this place significant importance in the world of rock art.
A snake and a large number of crosses (around forty) can be easily identified, some of them within circles. The indentations in the stone have remained perfectly defined over the centuries.
